Frequently Asked Questions

  • When will my order ship?
    • Your order will ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. 

 

  • Do you ship Internationally?
    • Yes, we ship Worldwide. International shipping times vary, so it may take a little longer for your item to arrive if you are located outside of North America. 

 

  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • As of right now we are unable to provide free shipping.

 

  • Will I be charged for Customs/Duties?
    • Yes, customs/duties will be charged to all orders outside of the USA. These fees are collected by your local government agency and are not collected by Bootleg Vintage, therefore are non-refundable. The shipping courier may collect these fees on behalf of your government agency. If you feel you have been overcharged for customs/duties fees, please contact your local border agency - we are not involved with this process.

 

  • Can I change my order after I've placed it?
    • No, unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to alter your order.  Please ensure your order and information is correct before checkout.

 

  • You are sold out of an item I really want! When will you restock? 
    • Restocking is based on demand, and will do everything we can to restock popular items. If you see an item you like and it's sold out, reach out to us and let us know which item.  The more demand there is, the much higher chance it gets restocked!

 

  • Can I exchange my item for another size?
    • Unfortunately due to high demand and limited quantities, exchanges can be difficult.  We only offer exchanges for sizing, and we can only exchange if your size is available. If the size you desire is unavailable, we can offer you a refund.  Buyer assumes cost of returning any items. Items must be unworn and in new condition. We have the right to refuse exchanges/refunds if these conditions aren't met.  Seriously, don't wear the item several times and try to return it - we'll know.

 

  • Can I return/exchange my hat?
    • Unfortunately at this time, all headwear sales are final.

 

  • What shipping service do you use to send products?
    • We currently use USPS to fulfill orders.

 

  • Is your site secure?
    • Our Shopify store is encrypted with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase information is stored temporarily to complete your transaction. After this process is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council. This is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. In short, our site is incredibly secure and we take that very seriously.

 

  • Do you work with outside artists/designers to create products?
    • Yes! While almost all of our art is done in-house, we are always open to working with independent artists and designers. If you are interested in licensing your work to Bootleg Vintage, contact us at licensing@shopbootleg.com. We will ask you to provide proof that you are the original author of the work.

 

  • I own a store/boutique, do you have a wholesale program?
    • If you are interested in carrying Bootleg Vintage in your store(s), contact us at wholesale@shopbootleg.com. We will be happy to discuss this opportunity with you further.
